Returns
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, we'll make it right.

Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, simply contact us at welcome.secureandsound@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. Once verified, we'll issue a full refund or replacement — no need to send the item back.

Change of Mind
If you've simply changed your mind, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll do our best to find a fair solution on a case by case basis.

Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
